Gagan Singh is an award-winning composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose soundtracks elevate every story they accompany. Born and raised in Toronto, Gagan began playing Indian Classical Tabla at the age of three and went on to study orchestral and contemporary music at the University of Toronto. His musical style bridges the classical and the cutting-edge — fusing R&B, pop, soul, Bollywood, and electronic influences into scores that are as emotional as they are cinematic. Gagan’s work has appeared in acclaimed productions including Drone (starring Sean Bean), The Use of Deadly Force (Elvis Stojko), and Undone, for which he won Best Original Score. His credits also include music for CBC, HGTV, BBC, Corus, and TVO Kids — not to mention collaborations with chart-topping artists like Jully Black, Jonita Gandhi, and Rodney Jerkins. As a TEDx speaker, mentor, and former board officer of the Screen Composers Guild of Canada, Gagan is also committed to empowering the next generation of artists. With Bulldog, he brings not only technical mastery, but a fearless love of genre-blending, emotion-led composition — the kind that lingers long after the credits roll.
