Matthew Mclaughlin

Owner and Creative Director

Matthew is a driven director and producer with a myriad of skills, ranging from developing commercial campaigns, to organizing charitable efforts, to creating original concepts for primetime network television and streaming platforms. Over the last 15 years he has led Bulldog Productions, prioritizing delegation, collaboration and open communication above all else. Matthew has an intimate understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of filmmaking, backed by the financial expertise to help make any project a reality.

Anthony Filangeri

Writer & Copywriter

Every good pack needs a storyteller, and for Bulldog Productions, that’s Anthony Filangeri. Hailing from the small town of Tecumseh, Ontario, Anthony first fell in love with writing at just eight years old—fuelled by a love of horror flicks and a wild imagination. His first major screenwriting credit came with FAK YAASS, a dramedy that brought him into the Bulldog fold and onto OUTtv and Amazon Prime. Since then, he's contributed to outlets like Reader’s Digest and The Sportster, and has been recognized by Fresh Voices and Screencraft for his screenplays. Whether crafting commercial copy, writing pitch decks, or script supervising on set, Anthony brings focus, finesse, and a fierce dedication to keeping the story true. Calm, cool, and always ready with a rewrite, he’s the guy you want in your corner (especially if the topic of cats, wrestling, or Torri Wilson comes up).

Leanne Noelle Smith

Co-Producer & Campaign Strategist

Leanne Smith is a true triple threat: part creative, part strategist, and all heart. As Co-Producer and Campaign Strategist at Bulldog Productions, she brings her marketing savvy and performer’s soul to every project. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a BComm in Marketing, Leanne has a rich background in advertising, fitness, and live performance — including a dance tour through Ukraine that reminded her how deeply art can move people. You may recognize her as Torri from FAK YAASS (OUTtv), but behind the scenes she’s just as fierce, guiding campaigns and production logistics with precision and passion. She’s also the founder of Phat Fitness, blending wellness with creativity in bold, relatable ways. Whether she’s crafting strategy, supporting the team, or hyping the next big idea, Leanne leads like a true Bulldog: with guts, grace, and a whole lot of grit.

Vasilios

Co-Producer

Vasilios is the kind of spark every creative pack needs. A performer at heart and a natural-born collaborator, he joined Bulldog Productions after a serendipitous meeting with founder Matt… in their shared dog park, no less. What started as a neighbourly chat turned into a partnership that brought FAK YAASS — the heartfelt, hilarious TV series Vasilios created — to life on OUTtv. A proud Windsor, Ontario native, Vasilios discovered the magic of performance at age 7, and he’s been chasing that expressive freedom ever since. Whether he’s acting, producing, training at F45, or dancing to Fifth Harmony like no one’s watching, he brings joy, energy, and a fearless sense of self to every space he enters. Unicorn-spirited and praise-powered, Vasilios reminds us that big dreams and bold moves go hoof in hoof.
