Step 1
Our process begins by getting to know your brand. We look at your current online presence, noting elements such as current media, calls to action, messaging and tone, and overall customer experience. The information gathered at this stage acts as a foundation for our creative direction.

Step 2
After conducting extensive market research, we will host a client consultation where we will discuss your goals relating to your brand.
Establish Strategy > Client Consultation > Create Distribution Roadmap
Step 3
Our specialists will outline three high-level creative briefs for you to choose from based on the goals outlined in our client consultation. Once the concept has been selected, we move forward to production. Using our in-house team, we will take these ideas from paper, to set, to screen!

Once all assets are completed, you have the option of utilizing our strategy and distribution specialists to ensure a streamlined launch, making the most out of your new campaign.
What to Expect
Choosing an agency that best suits your needs is a big decision, and we get that! At Bulldog Productions, we believe the first step toward a successful campaign is open communication, even before you've signed on with us. Below you will find answers to some commonly asked questions about our unique process.
A project manager will be assigned at the beginning of your contract. This will be your primary Bulldog contact throughout the campaign terms. They will be your go-to person for all general inquiries, service requests (including additional service requests), and campaign updates.
At the beginning of your project your team will receive a tutorial and be onboarded onto our project management software, Basecamp. Basecamp allows us to streamline our workflow by mamaning assets, sharing files, communicating, and scheduling all on one platform. You can expect behind the scenes footage, completed assets and all files to be uploaded to Basecamp throughout the production process.
Upon delivering the first completed edit of an asset, we offer one round of revision based on your feedback. Additional revisions will be subject to an hourly editing fee. All revision notes are to be sent directly to your project manager.
Any service requests not included in the existing agreement will be processed as additional service agreements (or ASAs). An agreement will be drafted, agreed upon, and billed separate from the original contract.
