TD has been a leader in supporting the LGBTQ2+ community and they did so before it was popular or socially acceptable. They began this mission by supporting their employees and offering same-sex spousal benefits back in 1994.

Today, TD is one of the largest sponsors of Pride and support more than 160 LGBTQ2+ community initiatives. Watch and discover how TD has changed the lives of it’s employee’s and the communities around them! This video features leaders from organizations such as: Rainbow Railroad, Egale Canada, Canadian Foundation for AIDS research, and The Canadian Center for Gender and Sexual Diversity.

To create this video our team worked alongside TD to also create visuals that really showcased it’s diversity and inclusion initiatives. To create something truly unique we co-ordinated over 200 TD staff assembling a pride flag colour by colour from above the TD towers at the Toronto Dominion Centre.
